Father Flynn and Geoff,

I have returned multiple times to your website to keep up with the latest news from Miami. I love the new website and the continual updates that shed light onto the most cutting edge research.

It has not even been a full year since I "sat in the chair" and I still get a full night sleep, my back pain hasn't even thought of returning, and I just plain miss that wonderful Miami weather.

My friends, you altered the quality of my life. I am forever grateful! Keep up the good work!

The brain training helped me enormously and friends even noticed it. I've been through some traumatic experiences that contributed to my life unraveling and I firmly believe brain training helped me. I needed to return for follow up work and it was a very intense experience for me, however I think I've been more balanced and my brain has been "quieter" since my tune up. I highly recommend this form of healing therapy.

I agree completely. I believe that being a good therapist, it is the foremost requirement to first quieten your own mind. After that the success rate for all the work (be it personal or professional) goes up significantly.

I totally advocate "quiet moments" for my addiction clients. I encourage them to take meditation classes, yoga classes, etc. However, with my traumatic brain injury/addiction clients, I recommend different "physical meditations". For instance, walking, gardening, running, etc. TBI folks have a difficult time "quieting" their brain; seems focusing them on one things works just as well.

Thanks for the information. It seems that your training will be really effective in developing one's concentration and memory power as your training includes various subjects like depression, fatigue, pain, alcoholism/addiction, panic attacks, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, trauma and sleep issues.
